Gospel Music Association Remains Open
Recently, rumors circulated that the Nashville-based Gospel Music Association (GMA) was closing its doors after its recent Concert of the Decade to save the GMA. (see Gospel Music Association headed for insolvency?). The rumors have been debunked by the GMA which continues to reorganize and to search for creative ways to remain solvent, serving the gospel music community with activities like the Dove Awards and educational/training programs. Now GMA is hosting an online auction.

Growing up in the small village of Blackburn in West Lothian, Scotland, Susan Boyle loved to go to musicals…A shocked and delighted Boyle met Elaine Page on NBC’s Today Show in July, admitting she was ‘absolutely gobsmacked’ to meet Page. Since that meeting Boyle’s idol has been singing the praises of her biggest fan according to Your Magazine, a British magazine for 50 plus women.
